GROW BREW HOUSE in Saitama's Nishikawaguchi has updated its event information in a post. The centerpiece is the Anniversary Week from March 23 to 29.
In this announcement, anniversary-brewed beers will be released one after another starting on the 23rd. From the 27th, there is also a planned release of a porter refermented with wild yeast, along with information on a 30L-limited barrel-aged wild ale, making it a week to enjoy side-by-side tastings. The post also mentions an Imperial Italian Herb Pilsner made with dill, highlighting the herb aroma and the light, lager-like finish.
As a brewpub, the food pairings that complement the beer are part of the appeal. This time, a whimsical special of spicy lamb croquettes will be offered, supporting the beer experience during the anniversary period. From the 27th to 29th, a rotating kitchen takeover is also planned, and the in-house buzz looks set to grow even more.
The tap list in the post includes Heiji (Hazy IPA), Kamine Saison ~ Yuzu ~ (Fruits Saison), Letter (Cacao Milk Porter), Onaji Hanashi (Barley Wine), N.K Gold (Helles), and BIG BRIDGE IPA (American IPA). From crisp lagers to full-bodied malt-forward beers, it is a lineup that lets you take in GROW BREW HOUSE's current direction all at once.
