Yachiyo Brewery (Katsutadai, Yachiyo City, Chiba Prefecture) revealed its new beer brewed for the anniversary, "Awairo Orange," on Instagram. In the post, the brewery first thanked everyone for the large turnout at last week's first-anniversary event, then introduced the beer as a commemorative new release brewed for the occasion.

Awairo Orange is a 5% fruit Weizen. According to the description, it has an appearance where a pale haze is layered with orange color, and it is crafted to balance juicy orange character with a clean, refreshing finish. It is also notable for being designed so that even people who are not fond of beer bitterness can enjoy it easily.

Yachiyo Brewery's official website describes it as "the only craft beer brewery in Yachiyo City, Chiba Prefecture, with an attached brewpub," and says it offers four to six original beers. This new release also shows that, as a small local brewery rooted in the community, it continues to share limited brews tied to seasons and milestones.

This "Awairo Orange" is a beer best enjoyed less as a food-pairing drink and more for its smooth, pleasant drinkability, combining a soft appearance with a strong fruit character. For anyone looking for craft beer in the Yachiyo area, it is one to check out.
