Draft Lineup Updates in Roppongi

At Anton Bee Ryudomachi, the sister location of CRAFT BEER Anton Bee Roppongi, the beer pub in the basement at 5-1-5 Roppongi, the tap list was refreshed for Thursday, April 2 service. In a post, the shop announced that Ise Kadoya Beer's "In the Hops" and DDC!'s "Blanche de Paradis" had been tapped.

"In the Hops" is a DDH IPA that puts hop-driven bitterness and bright aroma front and center. "Blanche de Paradis" is a Belgian white, with the soft mouthfeel of wheat layered with the aroma of orange peel and coriander. Both read as beers designed to keep you drinking without becoming overly flashy.

The draft lineup that day had 10 beers. The beer selection included Ise Kadoya's "Boosted Hazy IPA," Oni Densetsu's "Aooni Pilsner," DDC!'s "Solstice d'Ete Cerises," Minoh's "Nice na Bitter," Trademark's "Ocean Thunder," and Parrotdog's "Birdseye." In addition, the cider "Origin" and Black Tide's hard tea "Tea Time" were also on tap. Having options beyond beer is part of what makes the place feel like itself.

The owner had just returned from a trip to Okinawa and also prepared a limited-quantity "Okinawa souvenir plate" featuring local flavors brought back from the island. On weekdays, hours are 5:00 p.m.-midnight, with last food orders at 11:00 p.m. and drinks served until 11:30 p.m. In Roppongi, it's a good evening stop for enjoying refreshed draft beer and a light meal together.
