"In the Hops" is a DDH IPA that puts hop-driven bitterness and bright aroma front and center. "Blanche de Paradis" is a Belgian white, with the soft mouthfeel of wheat layered with the aroma of orange peel and coriander. Both read as beers designed to keep you drinking without becoming overly flashy.
The draft lineup that day had 10 beers. The beer selection included Ise Kadoya's "Boosted Hazy IPA," Oni Densetsu's "Aooni Pilsner," DDC!'s "Solstice d'Ete Cerises," Minoh's "Nice na Bitter," Trademark's "Ocean Thunder," and Parrotdog's "Birdseye."
