MATSURI BREWING Introduces New "HAREBARE" Made with Yuzu and Salt
MATSURI BREWING in Urayasu, Chiba, introduced its new beer "HAREBARE - Salty Yuzu White" on Instagram, a Belgian White base blended with yuzu and salt. It is a beer designed to deliver a light, refreshing drinking experience for the hot season ahead.
MATSURI BREWING announced its new beer, "HAREBARE - Salty Yuzu White 5.0%," on Instagram. In the post, it was introduced as a new release perfect for the warmer months ahead, emphasizing its brisk and refreshing flavor.
The base is a classic Belgian White. It layers the soft mouthfeel derived from wheat with the yeast's gentle spiciness, plus the citrus aroma of Moroccan brown coriander. By adding yuzu and a subtle touch of salt, the brewery says it created a crisp, dry finish that helps you reset your mood right after drinking.
The post also recommends it not only as an opening beer, but as a great match for fried foods and seafood dishes. That focus on versatility as a food-pairing beer also fits MATSURI BREWING's character. Based in Urayasu City, the brewery continues to brew beers that are somehow nostalgic and highly drinkable, rooted in the local atmosphere along the Old Edogawa River and the culture of portable shrines.
As a brand, it has built a lineup centered on the Festival IPA series and the JUICY series, offering beers suited to celebratory occasions. At its brewpub, a four-minute walk from Urayasu Station, it serves draft beer, and this new release will also be available by the glass, while bottles and kegs are being accepted for retailers. As a beer timed to the changing season, it looks set to fit a wide range of drinking occasions.
