July 22 at Sakura Taps

Sakura Taps, the beer pub on the second floor of Noraneko-dori in Yokohama's Yoshida-cho area, focuses on craft beer and seasonal food in a relaxed setting. For July 22, it opens from 15:00 to 23:30 and is not changing taps. In place of a new keg, the shop is offering a one-day weekday special called `Weekday Pairing Set`.

The set pairs smoked soy-pickled edamame with any M-size craft beer on the board, with 200 yen off when ordered together. The edamame is boiled fresh and marinated in soy sauce smoked in-house, making it an easy beer snack. The mild smoke character should work well with both lighter beers and darker, maltier pours.

The tap list for the day includes eight beers:

- DPA / Shiga Kogen Beer
- Yoshida-Machi Helles 2026 / Sakura Taps × Numazu Craft
- Tranquil Ale / Zakkoku Koubou
- BPM80 / Novel Craft Brewing
- Plum Gose / Minoh Beer
- NAMA-chan's HAZY IPANA / NAMACHAん Brewing
- Camouflage / Nara Brewing
- Alt / Shonan Beer

The lineup spans a useful range of styles, from a collaboration helles and an altbier to a gose and a hazy IPA. Rather than chasing a brand-new keg, this is the kind of day built around an easy pairing and a few reliable pints.

For visitors who like craft beer with food, Sakura Taps continues to offer a straightforward, low-pressure stop in central Yokohama: beer, snacks, and a seat upstairs in Yoshida-cho.
