BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisindou in Ibaraki, Osaka, shared its draft lineup in a June 30 post. The beer pub sits in a basement-level space near the station and leans into what its name promises: craft beer, music, and a food menu that gives the taps plenty of room to shine.

Draft lineup

- Dot Crimson Brewing: "Dot Crimson 147 Rice Ale"
- REPUBREW: "COASTAL CRUSH HAZY IPA"
- Minoh Beer: "Hoppy Weizen"
- Pilsner Urquell: "Draft Pilsner Urquell"
- SAPPORO BEER: "SORACHI 1984"
- Baeren Brewery: "Classic : Dortmunder"

The lineup spans a floral rice ale, a dry-tasting Hazy IPA, a hop-forward Weizen with peach- and lychee-like notes, a classic Czech pilsner, a Pilsner built around Sorachi Ace, and a Dortmund-style lager with a balanced malt-and-bitter profile. It is the kind of selection that lets drinkers move from bright and crisp to fuller-bodied and malty without leaving the table.

Food pairing angle

The post also highlights food that fits the beer. Sausage sandwich, Eisbein, and house-made oil sardines headline the menu, while the smoked items include Nagasaki fish cake, tofu, chicken tenderloin, pickled radish, egg, and cheese. Add potato salad, vinegar-marinated cabbage, zangi, a meat-loaded pizza, and tagliatelle with ragù, and the place clearly has enough food depth to support both lager-led sessions and hop-driven pints.

Coming soon

A Baeren Brewery release, "Ihatobu no Umi : Salty Lager," was teased as coming soon. With Iwate-grown hops and sea salt, it sounds built for a crisp, mineral-leaning finish. For beer drinkers, the post reads as a snapshot of a bar that can move from established classics to a fresh seasonal pour without changing its tone.
