20-Tap Event Featuring the Five Hokushinetsu Prefectures Held at IBREW Shinbashi Ekimae Store, May 29-31
At IBREW Shinbashi Ekimae Store, "Shimbashi Edition: Hokushinetsu Rurubrew" will be held for three days starting May 29, bringing together craft beer and local foods from the five Hokushinetsu prefectures. In addition to a 20-TAP tasting lineup, limited dishes from each prefecture will also be available.
Event Overview
At "CRAFT BEER BAR IBREW Shinbashi Ekimae Store" on the first floor of Shinbashi Ekimae Building No. 1, the five-brewery joint 20-TAP TAKE OVER, "Shimbashi Edition: Hokushinetsu Rurubrew," will take place. Craft beers from Niigata, Nagano, Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui, the five Hokushinetsu prefectures, will be gathered here for a tasting lineup that lets visitors compare and enjoy them side by side.
Schedule
As a beer pub located right in front of Shinbashi Station, IBREW's strength is how easy it is to stop by even after work. This event is ideal for people who want to broadly compare craft beers, and the volume of 20 taps is also one of its highlights.
Limited Food
The limited food lineup designed to pair with the beer is also inspired by each prefecture's local specialties.
- Niigata: Tochio fried tofu braised with koji and salmon
- Nagano: Mini chilled tofu topped with nozawana and wild vegetables
- Toyama: Fresh firefly squid kimchi
- Ishikawa: Toriyasa miso chicken and vegetables
- Fukui: Grilled mackerel potato salad
The post does not list individual beer names or brewery names, but it is a lineup that lets you enjoy craft beer from all five Hokushinetsu prefectures at once. Paired with local foods, it is a three-day event that lets you feel like you are traveling through Hokushinetsu without leaving Shinbashi.
