YELLOW APE CRAFT is a craft-beer pub in Osaka’s Kitahama district with around 20 rotating draft beers each day. Opened in 2012, the compact venue was designed by graf and has roughly 25 seats including standing space, making it a relaxed place to focus on beer.

In the Instagram post, the bar introduced the day’s openings: Yebisu, Papazaru Lager from Minoh Beer, and Chikichiki Boom from Nomcraft. On the official ‘Today’s Craft Beer’ page, three new taps were listed as Album from Swanlake Beer, Tego Remofuru from YELLOW APE CRAFT × Miyazaki Hideji Beer, and KASUMI from Shiga Kogen Beer.

The rest of the lineup is similarly wide-ranging. Current beers include Seikatsu from Falò Brewing, Banana Weizen from Shiroyama Brewery, Weizen from Fujizakura Heights Beer, Saruyamashikao from Minoh Beer, Miyazaki Mango Lager from Miyazaki Hideji Beer, Osake-man IPA from Hansharo Beer, Bank IPA from Craft Bank, GO SMALL WAVE from YELLOW APE CRAFT × APE BREWING, Masterpiece Exceed from Y. Market Brewing, Kuri Kuro from Miyazaki Hideji Beer, and Ifudodo from Kyoto Brewing Co. The selection spans lagers, weizens, IPAs, dark beers, and strong ales.

Food options include assorted starters, a chef’s salad of the day, fried platters, anchovy-and-cheese crostini, jerk chicken, and the pasta of the day. The pub also offers drink-all-you-can courses, so it works well as a place to sample multiple beers while having a proper meal.
