PEDROLINO serves cold capellini with Minoh Beer’s Peach Weizen and Jyunsei Alt
PEDROLINO, a beer pub in Osaka’s Andoji-machi area, introduced its summer cold pasta special, Gazpacho Sauce and Burrata Cold Capellini, alongside two beers on tap: Minoh Beer’s Peach Weizen - Early Harvest Version and Y.MARKET Brewing’s Jyunsei Alt.
PEDROLINO is a beer pub in Osaka’s Chuo Ward, Andoji-machi. In its Instagram post, the shop said cold pasta season has started again and highlighted a summer special called "Gazpacho Sauce and Burrata Cold Capellini." The dish combines a cold sauce made with tomato, cucumber, celery, garlic, bread, and olive oil, topped with a whole burrata.
The post also listed two beers on tap to go with the pasta. The first is "Peach Weizen - Early Harvest Version" from Minoh Beer in Osaka, described as a fruit Weizen with 5.0% ABV. The second is "Jyunsei Alt" from Y.MARKET Brewing in Aichi.
The pairing idea is straightforward and appealing: a chilled capellini dish with beers that can match its fresh, summer-driven profile. PEDROLINO’s post shows a place that presents food and beer side by side, making the tap list part of the dining experience rather than an afterthought.
