At the beer pub "Beer O'clock" in Chuo Ward, Chiba City, the team ran all-day service on the Tuesday that marked the final day of March and tapped two guest beers. The lineup invites guests to take their time and sip slowly while comparing IPAs with different aromas and drinking impressions.

This round of new taps starts with Kobotokotan Brewing's "HOP IN MY HEAD". The style is American IPA, and the ABV is 6.0%. It is presented as a beer with fruit-forward notes reminiscent of mango and grapefruit, layered with bright citrus, juicy sweetness, and a moderate dank character. The beer name comes from a Number Girl song title, and the concept is explained as if gathering fragments of favorite hops.

The other is Brasserie Knot's "MOON". This one is a Double IPA with an ABV of 8.0%. Rather than aiming for flashiness, it is said to emphasize a lively elegance, with the warmth that comes from its higher alcohol content, hop-driven intensity, and tropical-fruit aromas from Australian hops. A comment was also included saying the goal was simply to make a carefully crafted, delicious Double IPA.

Beer O'clock is known as a beer pub in the Chiba Station area where people can enjoy craft beer. In this post, the shop also announced that it will be closed on Wednesdays starting in April, and that on April 11 it will also share information about "Kinki Goto-san's Belgian Beer Weekend." If you're interested, it's worth stopping by during all-day service hours to compare the two guest IPAs.
