PEDROLINO, a beer pub in Andoji-cho, Chuo Ward, Osaka City, has announced a food menu available for two days only. This time's item is "Asparagus and Gorgonzola Pizza." The dough is made in a Roman style and adjusted to have a crisp, crunchy texture. Taking into account feedback that the previous version was a bit too hefty, this one is also tuned to be more of a snack.

The flavor is centered on the green aroma of asparagus and the rich depth of gorgonzola. It pairs well not only with beer, but also with wine and amaro mixed with soda, making it a composition you can enjoy by moving back and forth between food and a drink. They also accept holds, and there seems to be plenty of seating on both days, so if you want to be sure to get it, contacting them in advance is the safest bet.

The taps for the day are a lineup that craft beer fans will appreciate. On Tap includes OUR BREWING's "Dino King" (West Coast IPA), Mojiko Beer's "Pilsner" (German pilsner), and CRAFTROCK BREWING's "Tepache S.O.D" (margarita gose). By The Glass also features Oud Beersel's "Oude Lambiek 4years" (straight lambic), letting you savor the depth that comes from fermentation.

There are also Stock Beers on hand: Minoh Beer's "Papa Zaru Lager" (dark lager) and Mojiko Beer's "Weizen" (Hefeweizen). Centered on pizza, the range extends from IPA, pilsner, gose, and lambic to dark lager and weizen, which is very much in PEDROLINO's style. It's the kind of setup suited to a relaxed day of enjoying the pairing of food and beer in Tanimachi.
