Kinsei Brewery, a microbrewery in Misawa, Aomori, has teamed up with Nomidokoro Fukurou, also in Misawa. The Misawa Tourism Association describes Kinsei Brewery as a local microbrewery on Chuo-machi, which highlights how closely the brewery is tied to the city’s food scene.

In the post, the shop says it used shiso leaf with careful attention to pairing with delicate Japanese dishes. That points to a collaboration focused on balance: aroma, texture, and the way beer supports food rather than overpowering it. The shop also noted that seats were still available for the coming weekend and encouraged advance reservations.

An additional notice says the shop will be closed only on Monday, August 10, during the Obon period. Guests are seated by staff, then order food and drinks at the table, and payment is handled at the table before leaving. It is a small but clear example of how Misawa’s breweries and restaurants shape a local beer-and-food experience together.
