CraftBeerSpot Hathor in Osaka’s Kyobashi district announced one new draft pour: Shiga Kogen Beer’s Sono Ju. The lineup also spans Sapporo Black Label, Minoh Beer’s Plum Gose, and a wide mix of Japanese and imported kegs.
CraftBeerSpot Hathor in Osaka’s Kyobashi area announced that it would open one new keg, Shiga Kogen Beer’s Sono Ju, with Wednesday service starting at 5:00 p.m. The bar’s appeal is its broad draft selection, anchored by Sapporo’s Black Label and extending from Japanese craft staples to imported beers.
The day’s lineup also includes Minoh Beer’s Plum Gose, Shonan Beer’s Summer Orange Ale, Shimanami Brewery’s First Lager, Shiga Kogen Beer’s from scratch Real Ale ver, and Nomcraft x Cho-ryo’s Wine Knot?. Imported options featured Bear Bottle’s Potion Crusher and Three-Factor Authentication, Miyazaki Hideji Beer’s Kurikuro, and Firestone Walker’s Primal Elements Blueberry & Marionberry, giving guests everything from crisp lagers to dark and fruit-forward styles.
Hathor opened in Kyobashi in 2015 and is known for 16 taps and house-smoked dishes. The post also mentions they were thinking about new bak kut teh ingredients, which fits the bar’s food-and-beer-first atmosphere. When a board like this is on tap, the first pint is for orientation and the next ones are for narrowing in on your favorite style.
