BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisindou in Ibaraki, Osaka, posted its draft lineup for July 7. The pub regularly offers six to seven draft beers, and this day’s selection brings together a broad range of styles, from lager and rice ale to weizen, pilsner and ale.

A highlight is Baeren Brewery’s "Ihatove no Umi : Salty Lager," a salty lager brewed with Iwate-grown hops and sea salt. The lineup also includes Baeren Brewery’s "Classic : Dortmunder," Dot Crimson Brewing’s "Dot Crimson 147 Rice Ale : Rice Ale," Minoh Beer’s "Hoppy Weizen : Weizen," Pilsner Urquell’s "Draft Pilsner Urquell : Drought Pilsner Urquell," and SUNTORY’s "Kaoru Ale : Ale."

"Kaoru Ale" is described as having a fresh, fruity aroma and a light finish. The post also notes a personal connection to the beer’s development, adding a local sense of familiarity to the tap list.

Under "coming soon," Raisindou lists Baeren Brewery’s "Kabosu Radler : Radler" and SAPPORO BEER’s "SORACHI 1984 : Pilsner." Food options include saba sandwiches, eisbein, house-made oil sardines, smoked items, zangi, pizza and tagliatelle, making the bar an easy place to pair food with a mixed draft selection. It is a practical stop for anyone who wants beer with music in a relaxed pub-cafe setting.
