Osaka's PEDROLINO taps Farmentry's No.6 MINAZUKI IPA and Minoh Beer Red Tea Bitter
Osaka beer pub PEDROLINO shared a June 18 Instagram update featuring new taps led by Farmentry's No.6 MINAZUKI IPA and Minoh Beer's Red Tea Bitter. The lineup is built around food-friendly beers, with weizen, lambic, and hazy IPA also listed.
PEDROLINO, a beer pub in Osaka's Andoji-cho area, highlighted new beers in an Instagram post dated June 18. The two featured additions are Farmentry's cold IPA `No.6 MINAZUKI IPA` and Minoh Beer's tea bitter `Red Tea Bitter`.
`No.6 MINAZUKI IPA` is described as part of Farmentry's monthly IPA series. Brewed with rice and corn grits from Nara, it is designed to stay dry and not feel too heavy despite its 7.0% ABV. The hop profile centers on C-hops, Mosaic, and Simcoe, bringing citrus, pine, and a clean, well-defined bitterness.
`Red Tea Bitter`, meanwhile, comes from Minoh Beer's tea bitter series and uses Earl Grey tea. At 4.5% ABV, it combines malt richness, a calm bitter edge, and a delicate bergamot-like citrus aroma. The post also notes that bitter beers pair well with food, which fits PEDROLINO's drink-with-your-meal approach.
The bar's "Today's Beers" list also includes `Weizen` from Mojiko Beer, `EARL GREY TEA Infused Lambiek` from Oud Beersel, `COASTIAL CRUSH HAZY IPA` from Repubrew, and `YUZU PEEL Infused Lambiek` from Oud Beersel. It is a varied lineup that spans hop-forward IPA, tea-infused bitter, weizen, and lambic, giving drinkers plenty to explore alongside a meal.
