North Island Beer’s Ebetsu brewery (Hokkaido) announced a "Yohaku" release event at EBRI in an Instagram post.

"Yohaku" is a limited beer released in February as the third collaboration brew between the brewery and EBRI. According to official information, it is a Helles Bier w/coffee made with coffee beans from "NOPPORO COFFEE" inside EBRI, with specs of ABV 5% / IBU 15. At this event, "Yohaku" will be served on draft.

Event Details

- Dates: Saturday, March 14, 2026, and Sunday, March 15, 2026
- Time: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (last order at 7:00 p.m.)
- Venue: EBRI event area and inside participating stores
- Participants: NORTH ISLAND BEER (draft craft beer), NIKUOSHI (snacks that pair well with beer)

According to the post, limited beers other than "Yohaku" are also planned. In addition, a stamp rally will be held only on March 15, and there will also be a giveaway in which visitors who tour the stores inside the building can receive free beer tickets.

North Island Beer describes itself on its official website as a brewery that has been brewing craft beer in Ebetsu, Hokkaido since 2003. Building on its ongoing collaboration with EBRI, a local hub in Ebetsu, this event seems likely to further shape the idea of a "limited beer experience enjoyed in the community."

The announcement also states that people who are driving should not drink, that entry will not be allowed after last order, and that there will be no outdoor seating. Be sure to check these details before visiting.
