Beer Pub Beer Bar Festa (Festa) Shimokitazawa, located on the fifth floor of the Daishin Building near Shimokitazawa Station, is known as a place where you can casually enjoy craft beer and darts. In a May 23 post, the bar announced, "We open at 6 p.m. today as well," and also noted that, since it was Saturday, it would stay open until 4 a.m.

The new tap for the day was Tamamura Honten / Shiga Kogen Beer’s 'Sake IPA.' The post describes it as a juicy, easy-drinking yet full-bodied beer, with citrusy notes layered over fruity ginjo aromas derived from sake, adding IPA-style bitterness and flavors reminiscent of pineapple and white grapes. It is a beer with a clear IPA profile while also carrying a sake-like nuance.

The draft lineup spans both domestic and overseas beers. The domestic selection includes Yokohama Beer 'Seya no Wheat Beer,' Repubrew 'Saburo Session Hazy IPA' and 'Ageage Same Age,' Hansharo Beer 'Coco Farm & Winery White,' Beer Hearn 'Enmusubi Bakushu Real Ale ver.,' Setouchi 'Cherry & Strawberry Sour,' and the ever-present Heartland.

On the overseas side, the lineup includes Thornbridge 'Jaipur IPA,' Du Du Ciel 'Sentinel,' Sreez 'Fool's Eland,' and Burnt Mill 'Crimson Highway.' The chance to compare distinctive domestic beers with overseas standards side by side is part of this shop's appeal.

The post also mentions the 9th anniversary on June 9, the anniversary party and unveiling of the anniversary beer on June 7, and the June 21 anniversary trio tournament, showing the shop's activity leading up to these milestones. It's a place that works whether you just want one drink after work in Shimokitazawa or want a night of careful side-by-side tasting.
