The beer pub Mukuraf in Shin-Ohashi, Koto Ward, Tokyo announced today’s lineup on Instagram. The only newly tapped beer is KaruizawaQ’s "Kazetōshi" Session IPA. It is described as a light, dry beer with grapefruit-like citrus, a touch of tropical character, and pine notes layered in.

The bottle selection includes Brasserie Knot’s "TIP" NZ IPA ABV 6.0% IBU 60, "MOON" Double IPA ABV 8.0%, "NoMaps" West Coast IPA, "YAMASACHI" Fruits Ale, and "NORA" Rye IPA. West Coast Brewing offers "Full Hop Alchemist v29" Hazy DIPA, "Hop Fua" Hazy IPA, "Time Slip" Hazy Pale Ale, the West Coast IPAs "Starwatcher" and "Alive," plus "Slow Motion." VERTERE rounds things out with "Passiflora#47" Hazy IPA, "10th Grape Sour," "Clusia" Imperial Stout, and "Tillia" Belgian Quad, giving the lineup a wide range from hop-forward beers to dark styles.

Food


The food menu is also extensive, with house-made focaccia topped with raw whitebait, Italian-marinated conger eel fin meat, fried conger eel, a hearty beef shank curry rice, seared bonito, and even a matcha parfait. Mukuraf’s strength is that you can enjoy the character of its taps alongside the breadth of its food, making it a good place for a slow drinking session in the Morishita area.
