BEERDOCK opens "www Session IPA"

BEERDOCK, a craft beer bar in Inadazutsumi, Kawasaki, has tapped a new house beer: "www Session IPA 6.5%". In the post, the brewery says the recipe leans heavily on Nelson Sauvin, putting hop character front and center.

White grape, herbs, and a green edge

According to the caption, the beer layers bright aromas reminiscent of white grapes and Sauvignon Blanc with green notes that evoke grape leaves, herbs, and freshly cut grass. Tropical fruit sits underneath, giving the beer a juicy impression while keeping the finish dry. It is a hop-driven beer that plays around the line between wine-like aromatics and IPA character.

BEERDOCK is known as a standing craft beer bar serving house-brewed beers alongside guest taps. Public information describes a rotating lineup of around 7 to 8 taps, covering styles such as IPA, stout, and sour ale. Because the selection changes by day, each visit can bring a different beer to try.

This release stands out for its clear focus on Nelson Sauvin and its balance of green, fruity, and dry elements. For drinkers who like to trace hop character in detail, it looks like a noteworthy new tap at BEERDOCK.
