PEDROLINO in Osaka pours Apollo, Ghoul and Oud Beersel lambics
PEDROLINO in Tanimachi 6-chome, Osaka shared its June 10 beer lineup. The list includes FLORA FERMENTATION’s Apollo and Ghoul, Minoh Beer’s Papazaru Lager, and two Oud Beersel lambics, alongside a weekend taco program.
PEDROLINO is a small, counter-focused spot in Tanimachi 6-chome, Osaka, where Italian food and craft beer are meant to be enjoyed together. The shop says it keeps three draft beers on tap and more than 30 bottled beers, making it suitable both for a quick pint and for a longer meal.
In the June 10 post, the day’s lineup was split across on tap, by the glass, and stock beers. On tap were Apollo from FLORA FERMENTATION in Shiga, listed as a hoppy pilsner at 5.5% ABV, Ghoul from the same brewery, a hazy IPA at 6.5% ABV, and Papazaru Lager from Minoh Beer in Osaka, a dark lager at 5.0% ABV.
By the glass, the bar featured EARL GREY TEA Infused Lambiek from Oud Beersel in Belgium, described as a straight lambic with Earl Grey tea. In stock were Weizen from Moji Port Beer in Fukuoka, and YUZU PEEL Infused Lambiek from Oud Beersel, a straight lambic with yuzu.
Food news also accompanied the beer list: lamb tongue tacos were announced as returning, and the shop plans a two-day “Taco Day Vol. 2” on June 13 and 14, with around 10 Italian-style tacos. The lineup leans from hop-forward pilsner to hazy IPA, dark lager, and tea- or citrus-infused lambics, giving the kitchen plenty of pairing options.
