New taps at Btaps Toranomon Hills, two kegs from BEPPU and CRAFT BEER BASE
Btaps Toranomon Hills announced "New Tap Opening Part 2" in a March 18 post. A session IPA from Oita's BEPPU BREWERY and a Belgian wit brewed with mandarin from Osaka's CRAFT BEER BASE arrived at the same time, creating a lineup that works both as a drink after work and for side-by-side tasting.
The beer pub inside the B1F of Toranomon Hills Business Tower, Btaps Toranomon Hills, announced the arrival of new guest beers in a post on the evening of March 18, 2026. The two offerings introduced in this "Part.2" differ in both origin and character.
First is BEPPU BREWERY's "YOU WAKU MOSAIC." The style is Single Session IPA, with an ABV of 4.5%. The post notes that it uses only Mosaic hops, and describes it as a beer designed to deliver a bright, expressive flavor within a light body, finishing with a firm bitterness toward the end. It is a keg suited to a first drink, balancing easy drinkability with hop character.
The second is CRAFT BEER BASE's "Ikeda Mikan Wit." It is a Belgian Wit w/ Mandarin, with an ABV of 5.3%. In addition to the softness that comes from wheat, a small amount of oats is used to smooth the mouthfeel. It is introduced as a white beer with hints of Ikeda mandarin, making it a good fit for anyone who wants to enjoy citrus aroma.
Btaps Toranomon Hills stands out for its easy access in central Tokyo and the way its taps change day by day. This time, the lineup pairs a "session IPA with a defined bitterness" and a "wit with gentle citrus lift," offering two contrasting beers that can be chosen to suit the drinker's mood. The post says the latest lineup can also be checked through in-store information and notices.
