Craft Beer Scissors Akihabara, a beer pub in Taito, Tokyo, has published its tap list for September 12.

The main highlight is a five-beer lineup from Shiga Kogen Beer. The new “一挙両得” is a Belgian-yeast hazy IPA with spicy notes, tropical orange character, and the brewery’s signature bitterness. “Fresh Hop Blonde,” also new, uses a generous amount of freshly harvested Cascade hops grown by the brewery, bringing vivid hop aroma and bright citrus notes.

The lineup also includes “SNOW MONKEY IPA オレンジver.,” the cognac-barrel-aged wheat wine “VSOW,” and the gently roasty porter “ポーター.” Together, the five beers offer a broad range of flavors and styles.

Other taps include Hino Brewing’s “チェーンスモーカー,” Zumona Beer’s “IBUKI HOP IPA,” and “遠い秋,” a collaboration between Zumona Beer, Good Hops, and Scissors Akihabara. Swan Lake Beer, Taiwan’s Typhoon Brewery, Senba Brewery, Minoh Beer, BREWSKI, Teenage Brewing, ANTELOPE, and Italy’s Birra Perugia are also represented.

Located in Taito near Akihabara, Craft Beer Scissors Akihabara is a specialty beer pub focused on a varied domestic and international tap selection. The post also introduces motsuni simmered with beer and ago-dashi, making it possible to pair the changing beer list with warm seasonal food.
