GROW BREW HOUSE, a brewpub in Nishikawaguchi, Kawaguchi City, Saitama, introduced a new beer in its July 7 post: "単衣仕立" (listed as "単衣仕立て" in the tap lineup). The new recipe uses brown rice and kombu. According to the post, the brown rice added during mashing gives the beer a clean, dry finish, while the kombu adds depth and a richer impression without making it taste overtly seaweed-like. NZ hops add a fresh, lively character.

The brewery says the batch size is quite small and encourages guests to try it early. Alongside the new release, the post lays out a six-beer tap list that shows the range GROW BREW HOUSE is pouring right now.

Tap list

- Against Day - Dark Lager, 5%
- NK.GOLD - Helles, 4.5%
- R122 - IPA, 8.5%
- ルシオール - Sake Brut Ale, 5.5%
- ルナフェイズ - Black IPA, 6.5%
- 単衣仕立て - Cream Ale, 5.5%

From a light Helles to a strong IPA and a Black IPA, the lineup covers a wide range of drinking moods. The post also announces a town-chuka themed food program, "町中華!グロウ軒!," scheduled for July 9-11, plus off-site appearances at "Craft Carnival Toda" on July 18 and the "Yosakoi Festival in Minamiurawa" on July 19. It is a straightforward example of how GROW combines house beer, food pairing, and event brewing culture.
