According to an Instagram post from North Island Beer Ebetsu Brewery, it will be open on March 20 as a holiday business day and will offer the limited beer "Haruyoi," which goes on sale that day.

"Haruyoi" is a Helles-style beer released every spring, and the post lists the draft-sales price as 1g = 2.0 yen and the plastic cup price as 650 yen. Factory direct sales hours are Saturday and holidays 10:00-17:00, Sundays 12:00-15:00, and the location is Ambitious Plaza 1F, 11-5 Motomachi, Ebetsu City.

On the same day, Beer Bar North Island in Chuo Ward, Sapporo, will also hold a "Haruyoi" release event starting at 20:00. Because it is a holiday business day, the bar will be open 15:00-22:00 that day, and "Haruyoi" will begin being served from opening time at 15:00.

The official website news also announces "Haruyoi" as a limited beer releasing on March 20, 2026, with specs of ABV 5.0%, IBU 18, and a Helles Bier style. It is presented as a beer designed for leisurely enjoyment of Hokkaido's late-arriving spring.

North Island Beer is based in Ebetsu, Hokkaido, and the official website 소개 describes it as a brewery that "expresses the flavor of Hokkaido's land in every glass." Its origins are said to lie in a beer experience in Canada in 2001, and seasonal brewing that balances local character with easy drinkability is one of the company's strengths. This "Haruyoi" release appears to be one that lets people experience that context in a springtime form.
