The beer pub "BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisin-dō" in Ibaraki, Osaka, announced its draft lineup for Monday, April 20. Located in the basement of Socio 2, the shop is a beer-lover’s spot centered on imported beers, local craft beer, and smoked dishes. Its atmosphere, where you can drink along with music, is also part of what makes the place feel like Raisin-dō.

The highlight of the day is Iwate Kura Beer’s "Rasberry Pink : Fruit Beer," which was announced as a new tap. It is described as a light, easy-drinking fruit beer with a springlike pink liquid, layered with sweet-and-tart aromas, acidity, and the gentle sweetness of wheat malt. Next, Ise Kadoya Beer brings "Sencha Hazy IPA : Hazy IPA with Green Tea" and "Sabro’s IPA : Americanstyle IPA." The former is designed with notes of passion fruit and mango layered with the aroma of sencha tea, while the latter highlights the character of Sabro hops, evoking coconut and tropical fruit.

Also on the list is Kuppukotan Brewing’s "Full Throttle : American IPA." It is introduced as a beer with white grape and fruit aromas, herbal and tropical nuances, and a firm bitterness. For those who prefer classic styles, there are also Pilsner Urquell’s "Draft Pilsner Urquell : Drought Pilsner Urquell" and SAPPORO BEER’s "SORACHI 1984 : Pilsner." The lineup combines beers that showcase hop character with reliable standards that never get tiring.

In addition, Baeren Bier, expected to appear nearby, was also announced with "Roggen : Rye Beer," "Alchemist’s Golden Lager," "Colonia : Kölsch," and "Mai Bock : Mai Bock." With barley richness, citrusy hops, crisp lager character, and a spring-friendly bock all in one place, the lineup feels like a strong expression of Raisin-dō’s broad range. It seems like a day made for pairing beers with smoked dishes, pizza, and pasta while enjoying their individual character.
