Raisindou in Ibaraki, Osaka adds BLACK TIDE BREWING’s ‘Kesennuma Pride ver. 12.1 : IPA’
BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisindou, a beer pub in Ibaraki, Osaka, shared its July 10 draft list. The newly tapped beer is a limited IPA from BLACK TIDE BREWING, joined by beers from Baeren, Minoh Beer, Pilsner Urquell, Suntory, and Sapporo Beer.
At BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisindou in Ibaraki, Osaka, the draft list for July 10 features a new 1-tap opening. The highlight is BLACK TIDE BREWING’s limited release, “Kesennuma Pride ver. 12.1 : IPA” at 6.5% ABV. The beer is described as using Citra and Chinook hops, with bright citrus, piney notes, and a balanced dank character. It is the 18th batch in the series.
The rest of the lineup covers a broad range of styles. From Baeren Brewing come the limited “Ihatove no Umi : Salty Lager” and “Classic : Dortmunder”. Also on tap are Dot Crimson Brewing’s “Dot Crimson 147 Rice Ale”, Minoh Beer’s “Hoppy Weizen : Weizen”, Pilsner Urquell’s “Draft Pilsner Urquell : Drought Pilsner Urquell”, and Suntory’s “Kaoru Ale : Ale.” The coming-soon board adds Baeren Brewing’s “Kabosu Radler : Radler” and Sapporo Beer’s “SORACHI 1984 : Pilsner.”
Food options are equally beer-friendly. The special menu includes marinated Hokkaido herring, a mackerel sandwich, and house-made oil sardines. The smoked dishes include five kinds of Nagasaki kamaboko, tofu, chicken tenderloin, pickles, egg, and cheese. There are also vegetable plates such as potato salad, vinegared cabbage, house-made pickles, and marinated olives, plus zangi fried chicken, French fries, pizzas including Margherita and Meat Pizza, and ragu tagliatelle.
With its beer-and-music identity, Raisindou offers a setting where draft beer, food, and sound can be enjoyed at an easy pace. On this date, the list spans limited IPA, lager, wheat beer, pilsner, and a classic Japanese ale, giving beer fans a compact snapshot of different styles in one place.
