An Instagram post from IN THA DOOR BREWING announced the final event in its collaboration project during its hiatus, the “side-job series.” This time, the stage is BAR UMA-LA, a tequila specialty bar in Kobe’s Sannomiya district.

On the day, beers from IN THA DOOR will be served under the theme “Beer Mexican and Tequila.” The venue also says a special food item, “Mexican gyoza,” designed to pair with the beer, will be available. The post also stated that no reservation is required, and that the event will not have a fixed closing time, instead running “until we run out of energy.”

Details of the event are as follows.

- Date and time: Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 3:00 p.m.
- Venue: BAR UMA-LA (@umala_kobe)
- Format: One-day-only collaboration event
- Notes: No reservation required / No bottled beer for takeaway will be sold (bottled beer for drinking on-site will be available)

IN THA DOOR BREWING is a brewery based in Kobe, Hyogo, and on its official website it promotes itself as “LOCAL BEER.” It has emphasized an approach that involves working with local ingredients from the production stage. This project is the closing chapter of its Kobe city collaborations that embody that local focus, and the post also calls on people to stop by as a kind of pre-celebration before reopening in April.

As the final chapter of its activities during the hiatus, this looks set to be a rare one-day occasion for Kobe beer fans to enjoy on-site before the brewery reopens.
