BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisendo in Ibaraki, Osaka, announced the schedule for its 19th anniversary festival. On May 22 and 23, draft beer will be offered at special prices, and on May 24, the main celebration will include a novelty giveaway lottery. The venue’s appeal of letting guests spend a relaxed time with music while keeping beer at the center is reflected in the anniversary event as well.

This day’s draft lineup starts with Baeren Brewery’s “Mai Bock”, where you can enjoy the rich depth of a springlike bock, followed by the mellow “Alt”, Ise Kadoya Beer’s “Sake Lees Hazy IPA ZAKU Shinryoku”, which layers ginjo-like aromas with tropical character, Mikkeller × Minoh Beer’s “Ume-chu ≪ Mikkeller Beer × Minoh Beer ≫”, a sour beer with a bright sweet-tart edge, and Iwate Kura Beer’s “Raspberry Pink”, a fruit beer with a fruity profile. In addition, the regular Pilsner Urquell “Draft Pilsner Urquell” and SAPPORO BEER’s “SORACHI 1984” are also available, forming a lineup that firmly covers the lager core.

Also listed as future candidates are Minoh Beer’s “Osaru IPA”, Baeren Brewery’s “Colonia”, and REPUBREW’s “SOUPY WEIZEN / Weizen”. The styles span bock, alt, hazy IPA, sour, fruit beer, pilsner, kölsch, and weizen. The food menu includes ragù-sauce tagliatelle and chicken liver simmered in wine vinegar, along with smoked items, cabbage prepared in a sauerkraut style, house-made pickles, and a meat-topped pizza, making beer pairings especially easy to enjoy. As befits a beer pub celebrating an anniversary, the lineup is designed so guests can enjoy both the drinks and the food.
