Tap list for July 18

Three new taps
The day's new additions are three taps. The headline pour is "Vit Natt IPA," a collaboration beer from BREWSKI in Sweden and MINOH BEER. It is joined by Iwate Kura Beer’s "Mamanatsu no Saison!" and SAPPORO BEER’s "SORACHI 1984." With a Hazy IPA, a saison, and a pilsner in the mix, the selection covers a wide range of styles.
More beers on deck
The list also includes Baeren Brewery’s "Kabosu Radler," the Pomona Island x ISEKADO collaboration "Nekojima," and BLACK TIDE BREWING’s "Kesennuma Pride ver. 12.1." Upcoming pours include ISEKADO’s "Honzumi IPA," Iwate Kura Beer’s "Japanese Herb Ale Sansho," draft Pilsner Urquell, SUNTORY’s "Kaoru Ale," and Baeren Brewery’s "Ihatobo no Umi." The lineup suggests a bar that keeps one foot in the classics and the other in seasonal or limited releases.
Food to pair with the beers
The food menu includes marinated herring from Hokkaido, mackerel sandwiches, house-made oil sardines, Margherita and meat-loaded pizzas, smoked items, zangi, and French fries. It is the kind of setup that lets drinkers stay for a flight, a meal, or both.
