Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand, a brewpub in Honkomagome, Bunkyo, Tokyo, announced regular service for Thursday, June 25 from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The shop is closed on Wednesdays, opens at 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, and from 3:00 p.m. on weekends and public holidays. The room is centered on craft beer, with light snacks such as kaki-pea and dagashi-style sweets.

The day’s `Today’s on Tap` features 10 beers. Hop-forward options include `晴天雷鳴 #2` (West Coast IPA, 7.5%), the new `Rolling Lolly` (American IPA, 7.5%), and `EL BAMP HAZY` (Hazy IPA, 7%). For a cleaner profile, `流水草々 #2` (Italian Pilsner, 5.5%) and `駒込Best Bitter` (English Best Bitter, 4.5%) offer more restrained choices.

The post also noted that Shinshu water eggplant from Hatta Farm in Osaka had arrived again this year. The brewery said it will try to offer it through the season, depending on harvest and supply. As a beer pairing, it adds a distinctly seasonal touch.

The shop also previewed upcoming pop-ups, including tapas with seasonal ingredients on June 27 and 28, plus food and music-related events in July. For beer drinkers, Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand is a place to watch not just for the tap list, but for the changing rhythm of its in-house events as well.
