BEER HUNTING URAWA, a craft beer specialty shop in Kita-Urawa, has released its business hours for May 25 and today’s TAP list. The new tap is Ume-chu, a collaboration beer from Minoh Beer and Mikkeller. The lineup also includes real ales, house-brewed beers from U.B.P BREWERY, and distinctive selections from breweries across Japan.
The beer pub "BEER HUNTING URAWA" in Kita-Urawa (2F-D, 4-3-7 Kita-Urawa, Urawa Ward, Saitama City) has updated its tap list for Monday, May 25. Business hours are 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with food last order at 10:00 p.m. and drinks last order at 10:30 p.m.
The highlight this time is the newly tapped "Ume-chu." It is a collaboration beer between Minoh Beer and Mikkeller, and it is being introduced as a fruit beer. In addition, the hand-pump real ales include "URAWA CITY ALE / U.B.P BREWERY (Urawa)" and "KONKI PALE ALE SP Real / Onidensetsu (Hokkaido)," offering a mellow drink with restrained carbonation.
The shop also has a strong selection of house-brewed beers from U.B.P BREWERY, including "Kick Off Pils," "Woohoo!," and "UNDERLAP Pilsner." The lineup is further rounded out by beers from breweries nationwide: "Weizen / Mojiko Beer (Yamaguchi)," "HANEUMA IPA / Myoko Kogen Alpenblick (Niigata)," "GINRIN / Brasserie Knot (Hokkaido)," "Blanche / Umekin (Ehime)," and "No Maps / Brasserie Knot (Hokkaido)."
While putting real ale front and center, BEER HUNTING URAWA also broadens its non-beer options with drinks like lemon sour and oni-oroshi sour. It is a place that works well not only for those who want to take their time over craft beer, but also for anyone who wants to enjoy everything from the first drink to the last alongside a meal.
