A new series built around hop aroma

Yoho Brewing, based in Miyota, Nagano, is introducing “Yoho Brewing Brewprint Series #1 Aroma Tracker.” The brewery highlighted the new beer on its official Instagram with the message, “Have you tried Yoho’s proud new IPA yet?”

“Aroma Tracker” is the first release in the BREWPRINT SERIES, a project centered on the curiosity and exploration of Yoho Brewing’s brewers. Its beer style is West Coast IPA, with particular attention paid to the intensity of its hop aroma. Drinkers who enjoy a clear hop character and a firm, focused bitterness may find this release especially appealing.

Sharing the brewing process as well as the beer

The Brewprint Series reflects Yoho Brewing’s latest technical knowledge and the themes pursued by its brewers. The concept goes beyond presenting a finished product: it also aims to communicate the experimentation and discovery that take place during development.

The canned version went on sale in limited quantities through the brewery’s official online store and other channels on August 27, 2026. Draft versions are also being offered progressively at locations including YONA YONA BEER WORKS. Because availability is limited, interested drinkers should check the brewery’s official sales and venue information.

Known for distinctive beers such as Indo no Aoni, Yoho Brewing has continued to explore ways of expressing craft beer’s variety. “Aroma Tracker” extends that approach into a new project focused on brewing research and hop aroma, making it a release worth seeking out for IPA fans.
