Two new taps
Beer pub torne, located in Tenroku, Osaka, announced two new draft releases on September 15.
The first is “Ifuu-Dou-Dou,” brewed by Kankiku Brewery and Tokyo’s The Dodo House. This British Lager uses British malt and hops, with UK Challenger for bittering and UK Goldings for aroma. The beer combines a German lager brewing method with a British ingredient profile, offering toasted notes, clean bitterness, and honey- and floral-like aromas.
The second is “KOMPAS,” a collaboration between Minoh Beer and Kanagawa’s Yorocco Beer. This Fruited Saison is made with fresh Japanese plums from Wakayama. Its light malt body is joined by layered saison aromatics, gentle acidity, and a subtle fruit character, making it a juicy and highly drinkable seasonal beer.
Steak Dorilocos
The food special is a luxurious Dorilocos topped with more than 150 grams of beef outside-skirt steak. The post also describes lamb sautéed with green peppers and tomatoes in a spice-forward style, adding a savory option designed to pair with beer.

Located at TEN ROCK 102 in Osaka’s Kita Ward, torne opens from 5 p.m. on weekdays and stays open until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The pub offers a broad range of beer styles alongside food and music. A Taiwan Night featuring Taiwanese food and beers from Taihu Brewing is scheduled for September 22.
