GROW BREW HOUSE in Nishikawaguchi has updated its summer tap list. The brewpub sits directly next to the brewery, and the taproom is built around drinking beer made on site. Carry-in food from nearby shops is also welcome, making it easy to stop in during a neighborhood walk.
The current lineup features six house beers:
- Against Day / Dark Lager
- POTTERING / Saison
- ゆきあい / Dry Hopped Pils
- 17AVE / American Rye Ale
- ルナフェイズ / Black IPA
- エイド / Fruits Ale
The range covers lager, saison, pilsner, rye ale, black IPA, and fruit beer, so it is a lineup designed for comparison rather than a single style. From crisp and light to roasty and hop-forward, it offers a wide spread for beer fans.
The post also announces an open brew day on August 11. No reservation is needed, and the brewery will start milling malt at noon and continue brewing until around 7 p.m. The taproom will open for lunch as well, with coconut chicken curry on the menu.
Late-summer events are also on the calendar, including “Third Army Invasion” on August 15-16, a kushikatsu-themed run on August 21-23, and a nagashi-somen event plus a DJ visit on August 29. It is the kind of neighborhood brewpub where beer, food, and programming all move together.
