Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand in Honkomagome shared its June 27 operating note. The brewpub will be open from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., and it is closed on Wednesdays. Because of staffing constraints, beer will be handed over at the register after ordering, and the tap room will be served by Sekiguchi.

Food is also getting a temporary boost this weekend. A tapas pop-up by guest chef Tatsunosuke Taba is scheduled for June 27 and 28 from 3 p.m. under the theme of seasonal ingredients. On regular days, the venue mainly offers simple snacks such as Kaki-Pi and dagashi, so the pop-up adds a welcome food pairing option. The bar also says it is a craft-beer-only spot, while soft drinks may be brought in for children.

`Today's on Tap` features 10 beers:
- Sauvin Belgo / American Belgo Style Ale, 6%
- ぺーぺーぺー / Norwegian Pale Ale, 5.5%
- 晴天雷鳴 #2 / West Coast IPA, 7.5%
- 流水草々 #2 / Italian Pilsner, 5.5%
- Yunosu Saison / Yuzu Sour Saison, 6%
- Rolling Lolly / American IPA, 7.5%
- (残少)駒込Brown / Brown Saison, 6%
- 駒込Best Bitter / English Best Bitter, 4.5%
- EL BAMP HAZY / Hazy IPA, 7%
- 黒鳶 #4 / Belgian Stout, 7%

The lineup ranges from hop-forward IPAs to a pilsner, bitter, and Belgian stout, making it an easy set for comparison drinking. The naming and style spread also underline the brewpub's house-brew identity.
