The beer pub “BEER HUNTING URAWA” in Kita-Urawa has announced its business information and tap list for Wednesday, April 29, a public holiday. Business hours are 14:00-22:00, with food last order at 21:00 and drinks last order at 21:30. Since the hours changed in March, visitors should take note before heading over.

The highlight of the day is the real ale poured from a hand pump server. On the tap list are Shiga Kogen Beer’s “African Pale Ale” and U.B.P BREWERY’s “URAWA CITY ALE.” In addition, the house beers “Kick Off Pils,” “Step Over,” and “Bombonera” are also available, making for a lineup that strongly emphasizes Urawa character.

Other offerings include Isekadoya Beer’s “Neko no Nomimono,” HOPDOG BREWING’s “OTAMA SAISON,” Minoh Beer’s “Rockin' Osaru IPA,” Johana Beer’s “Earl Grey,” and Brasserie Knot’s “HAOTO” and “YAMASACHI 1-Year Aged ver.” The selection spans Session IPA, Bitter, Pilsner, IPA, Hazy Double IPA, Saison, Double IPA, Herb Ale, Honey Ale, and Fruit IPA, offering a very wide range of flavors.

The shop says it is “increasing its drink menu toward becoming a craft izakaya,” and it also offers eight kinds of lemon sour made with non-waxed lemons from Mikasajima, Hiroshima, as well as oni-oroshi sour. The food menu has also been revised in line with the introduction of the hand pump server, and now includes shumai along with a fuller selection of small plates that are easy for one person to order as well as more meal-style dishes. Centered on craft beer, it is designed so that even people who do not usually drink beer can enjoy it.

The shop is located at 4-3-7, Kita-Urawa, Urawa Ward, Saitama City, Saitama, 2F-D. It is easily accessible from Kita-Urawa Station, making it convenient to stop by after work or on a holiday afternoon. It is the kind of place where you can drop in casually and choose the drink you want for the day.
