Sakura Taps, the beer pub on the second floor of Nora Neko Street in Yokohama's Yoshida-cho, updated its business information in a post on May 22. Although there were no new kegs tapped this time, the bar continued to keep eight craft beers on tap, and it also revealed plans to start something new every Friday from around mid-June.

In that day's post, the pub said it would keep operating as usual even in the rainy weather, adding a message encouraging visitors to enjoy the lineup, including the chance to finish off a keg. Sakura Taps is known for its calm, comfortable space centered on craft beer and coffee, and part of the fun is following its ever-changing tap list. It is an easy choice not only for regulars, but also for beer fans in the Yokohama area looking for a first drink.

The following eight beers were listed as today's draft selection.

1. Super Fresh / West Coast Brewing x Inkhorn Brewing
2. Yoshidacho Helles 2026 / Sakura Taps x Numazu Craft
3. Ume Kyugo Gose / Repubrew
4. Kurgantaite / Bighand Bros. Beer
5. Tsunagi English IPA / Shiokaze Brew Lab x Bighand Bros. Beer
6. Kesennuma Pride ver. 12.1 / Black Tide Brewing
7. Shibaku zo! 2026 / Shiokaze Brew Lab
8. Black Boxxx / Uchoten Brewing

Looking at the lineup, it spans IPA, gose, helles, pale ale, and strong ale styles, giving drinkers plenty of room to choose based on mood. In particular, the inclusion of Sakura Taps' original Yoshidacho Helles 2026 really shows the bar's character. Among the collaboration beers, Super Fresh from West Coast Brewing x Inkhorn Brewing and Tsunagi English IPA with Shiokaze Brew Lab also stand out.

Sakura Taps is the kind of place to remember on a day when you want to compare craft beers in Yokohama. Although this post mainly served as a hiring announcement, the tap lineup alone was enough to catch any beer lover's attention. The follow-up to the new Friday project, which is set to begin in mid-June, is also something to look forward to, and future posts are worth keeping an eye on.
