Craft Beer Spot Hathor Opens Four Taps, Including an Anniversary Helles
Craft Beer Spot Hathor in Osaka's Kyobashi district announced four new taps. The lineup spans a classic Yebisu, an anniversary collaboration Helles, a berry-driven sour IPA from Isekadoya Beer, and Nekojima, a Pomona Island collab.
Craft Beer Spot Hathor is a long-running craft beer pub in Kyobashi, Osaka, known for its 16 rotating taps and house-smoked dishes. In this post, the bar announced four new pours with a lineup that moves from familiar staples to limited releases.
- `Yebisu / Sapporo Beer`
A reliable classic with a clean, balanced profile and a food-friendly finish.
- `Kyobashi Helles ~Suspended Sentence~ / T.Y. Harbor × Hathor`
A 11th-anniversary collaboration brew. Built as a faux Helles using Nugget, Saaz, and Hallertau Blanc, it is designed to drink smoothly.
- `Sour IPA Strawberry & Raspberry / Isekadoya Beer`
A berry-forward sour IPA with hop aroma layered over bright fruit character. The pink-hazy appearance also stands out.
- `Nekojima / Isekadoya Beer × Pomona Island`
A yuzu-infused Hazy Double IPA made with the Manchester brewery Pomona Island. Mango- and orange-like hop notes meet a fresh citrus lift from the yuzu.
The four taps cover a wide range of styles, making the list appealing both for comparison drinking and for choosing a first pint. Yebisu works as an easy starting point, while the anniversary Helles and sour IPA invite slower sipping. For hop aroma, Nekojima looks like the most expressive pour on the board. A Pomona Island collaboration TTO is also scheduled for June 28, adding another reason to keep an eye on Hathor's tap list.
