Auran Craft Brewery (Oita) and Beppu Brewery announced their new collaboration release in an Instagram post. The beer is called "GOOD FLOW". The style is Sour Ale w/ Banpeiyu, and the alcohol content is listed at 3.5%.
The post explains that the recipe brings together the lively aroma of banpeiyu, the refreshing acidity characteristic of a sour ale, and a dry, crisp finish. While it is designed to be easy to keep drinking thanks to its low alcohol content, it also aims to deliver the depth that comes from the fruit, making it suitable both with meals and on its own.
