Shimbashi DRY-DOCK is a beer pub located under the JR elevated tracks on the Karasumori-guchi side of Shimbashi Station. The first floor is standing room only, while the second floor has table seating, and the shop's defining feature is being able to drink while watching each pour over the counter. The bar also pays close attention to beer storage and serving, and even its standard Asahi Super Dry is treated as a beer that customers are urged to try first.

In an Instagram post on May 26, the bar announced the tapping of guest beers. This time, the three on offer are Outsider Brewing's "HELLES BELLES," TOSACO's "Kaya no Mori Hazy Ale," and Yatsugatake Brewery's "Rock Weizen." With styles ranging from Helles to Hazy Ale to Weizen, the lineup offers a broad range of flavors, from the easy drinkability of a lager to hop-forward character and the soft taste derived from wheat malt.

The bar also announced that it will be closed on Monday, June 1, and Monday, June 8, for repairs in preparation for its 19th anniversary. After maintenance before the anniversary, it will be interesting to see what condition the guest beers will be pouring in.

The food menu includes crowd favorites such as the chicken basket and omelets, all of which pair well with beer. It has the classic feel of a true beer pub, making it just the right place for a post-work drink in Shimbashi.
