Shimbashi DRY-DOCK, a beer pub tucked under the railway viaduct in Shinbashi, has refreshed its guest-beer lineup. In the latest Instagram post, the shop also mentioned Hana-san’s special Saturday menu alongside the new taps.
The newly connected beers are Swan Lake Beer’s 29th-anniversary release, Rouge Cerise, and Minami Shinshu Beer’s 30th-anniversary beer, 30th Pale Ale. Both are celebratory brews, with Rouge Cerise carrying a vivid fruit-forward impression in its name and 30th Pale Ale sounding like a classic, food-friendly choice for the pub table.
Also listed are Nara Brewing’s Hazy IPA CHARM and Koizumi Yagumo no Kuro Beer from Shimane Beer (Beer Hearn), both down to their last pours. From a hoppy haze to a roasty dark beer, the range makes for an easy drink-through lineup. It is the kind of selection that fits Shimbashi DRY-DOCK well: a casual pub where beer and food can be enjoyed side by side after work in central Tokyo.
