The Roppongi beer pub Kazanori Merry introduced its current "recently tapped beers" in a Saturday, April 25 post. At the time of the post, business hours were 2:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Inside the basement-level space, guests can enjoy draft craft beer alongside dishes made with spices and fermented ingredients.

This time, the lineup brings together six beers that mix American breweries with popular domestic breweries.

- Topa Topa Brewing Company "Blue Heaven IPA"
- Faction Brewing Company "All In IPA -Columbus-"
- Ushitora Brewery "Litchin-Gale"
- Noroshi Brewing "Yuzu Saison"
- Ise Kadoya Beer "Golden Dragon"
- Noboribetsu Beer Oni Densetsu "Shin Asahioni IPA"

With a range that spans IPA, saison, and fruit-driven beers, the selection suits both people who want to trace hop character and those who want to enjoy citrus and fermentation-derived nuances. In particular, "Blue Heaven IPA" and "All In IPA -Columbus-" should offer the crisp drinking impression typical of American craft beer, and comparing them with the domestic "Golden Dragon" and "Shin Asahioni IPA" would be interesting.

The post also noted that even after the collaboration service from HOPMAN x Taiyo Sakaba x Kazanori Merry, some items from the menus at both shops will remain available. The weekend-only curry plate includes Spanish mackerel curry, pork skirt steak curry, tomato-marjoram salad, soybean flour and green onion pancake, kale and rapeseed greens saag, and red cabbage achar, making it easy to fit food in between beers.

For a day when you want to enjoy draft craft beer in Roppongi along with food pairings, this is one spot worth checking out for its wide range of choices.
