Ten Forward, a brewery in Iwami Town, Iwami District, Tottori, highlighted its "IWAMI BLUE BEER Iwami Tomato Saison" on Instagram. According to the post, the beer is a saison-style brew built around the gentle acidity and umami of tomatoes, with a light accent of sun-dried salt. It is being released as a limited-batch beer.

The brewery also emphasized how well the beer works at the table. Ten Forward said it pairs especially well with Japanese obanzai-style dishes and shared serving examples alongside part of its TEN plate. The pairings included venison hamburger, spicy soybeans, stir-fried sweet peppers with dried sardines, Chinese-style salad with spaghetti squash, and chilled tofu topped with kelp and vegetable soy pickles.

The post notes that the tomato character helps the beer blend smoothly with delicate vegetable dishes, while the saison's refreshing profile also lifts richer meat dishes. It is positioned clearly as a food-pairing beer rather than a standalone novelty. From its base in Iwami Town, Ten Forward continues to present beers that connect local ingredients with everyday meals, and this tomato saison follows that direction closely.
