800°DEGREES CRAFT BREW STAND will use NEWoMan garden on the 6th floor of NEWoMan Yokohama to host an open-air beer garden for a limited time. The 2026 theme is craft tacos built around the idea of "piling on whatever you like." The food experience is structured around beer, with a style that lets you freely combine seafood, meat, and deli items into a single plate.

The craft beer lineup centers on "800° Original Craft Beer" and "800° Original Stout Black Beer," both co-developed with Atsugi-based long-established brewery Sanktgallen, and includes eight taps from breweries across Kanagawa Prefecture. The selection includes Yokohama Beer, REVO BREWING, Shonan Beer from Kumazawa Brewery, Yokohama Bay Brewing, and Yokosuka Beer. Being able to compare local labels at a location directly connected to Yokohama Station is part of the appeal that makes this place feel so true to itself.

The plans range from an easy all-you-can-drink craft beer option that works even for same-day use, to courses that pair tacos with the drinks, to reservation-only plans that include a lavish meat platter and premium all-you-can-drink. The setup makes it easy to enjoy lightly on a day when you just want beer, or to settle in for a proper meal.

Because it is located in the 2416MARKET area, it is easy to move in and out of nearby dining spots, and it is well suited to the kind of outing where you want to sample local craft beers all in one place in central Yokohama. From spring through autumn, it is an easy one to overlook if you want to work through Kanagawa's beers in a single visit.
