Five beers on tap at 15brewery

15brewery, a brewery in Hayama, Kanagawa, will connect five beers to its taps on October 10, 2026. The brewery will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Standing service is currently suspended, so sales are takeaway-only and priced by weight or volume.

The Belgian-style beer is Numa no Soko. It uses a high proportion of wheat malt along with orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, clove, lime from Owase in Mie Prefecture, and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka. The brewery describes a lightly sweet and tart profile with complex, spicy flavors and aromas. The price is ¥2.5 per gram or milliliter.

The Stout is a deeply colored black beer with rich body and flavor. It is priced at ¥2.2 per gram or milliliter.

The Raw Ale selection includes Raw Red Ale, made without boiling the wort. This process highlights the malt’s heavy, concentrated flavors and aromas. The price is ¥2.5 per gram or milliliter.

Dodanba Ale (Summer Mikan Ale) brings a local Hayama character to the lineup. Made with summer mikan citrus from Hayama, it is presented as a refreshing, easy-drinking fruit beer. Some of the ingredients include baguette from Miura bakery Mitsumugi. The price is ¥2.5 per gram or milliliter.

The IPA option is Raw Hazy IPA. Its unboiled Raw Ale process is paired with hop aromas of citrus and pine, plus a slight bitterness. Mitsumugi baguette is also used in this beer, which is priced at ¥2.5 per gram or milliliter.

Customers should bring a sealable container for takeaway. Carbonated drink bottles and screw-top glass bottles are accepted. Bottled beer is currently unavailable. With local ingredients and a distinctive Raw Ale approach, this is a lineup suited to enjoying 15brewery’s Hayama beers at home.
