Matsudo Beer has announced a change to the schedule for “Matsudo Craft Beer Fest with Hashigozake 2026,” the third installment of this year’s event series.
The festival was originally planned for September 20 through 27, 2026, at the west-deck plaza of Matsudo Station. However, the September 20 and 21 sessions have been cancelled because deteriorating weather is expected. The decision was made with the safety of visitors, vendors, and staff in mind.
The organizers are currently preparing to continue the festival from September 22 onward. Because further changes may be made depending on weather conditions, visitors should check the official social media accounts before attending.
Schedule from September 22
The event will be held at the west-deck plaza of Matsudo Station. The planned hours are 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. from September 22 to 25, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on September 26, and 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on September 27. Last admission is scheduled for 30 minutes before closing.
Breweries from across Chiba are expected to participate, with beer and food vendors changing from day to day. A festival cup is required to purchase beer, and this session will also accept older official cups without a 2026 marking. The venue is fully cashless, so cash cannot be used.
Based in Matsudo, Chiba, Matsudo Beer brews with local ingredients such as fruit and rice. Its lineup includes the American pale ale Matsudo Pale Ale, along with IPAs, Belgian white ales, and seasonal fruit-based beverages. Fresh beer and snacks are also available at its taproom near the east exit of JR Matsudo Station.
