On the August 11 holiday service, Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand is open from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The Komagome brewpub keeps a beer-first format, with only light snacks such as kaki-peanuts and dagashi-style sweets on hand. Its regular schedule remains weekday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with Wednesdays closed.

Today's on Tap

- Little Thing / Dry Hopped Session Ale, 4.5%
- Sabro Hazy / Hazy IPA, 7%
- (Low stock) Ryusui Soso #2 / Italian Pilsner, 5.5%
- Mashup IPA Ekuanot / Belgian IPA, 6.5%
- Rolling Lolly / American IPA, 7.5%
- Pineapple Gose / Gose Style with pineapple, 5%
- Komagome Best Bitter / English Best Bitter, 4.5%
- Kurotori #4 / Belgian Stout, 7%

The lineup spans easy-drinking session beer, several IPA variations, a gose, a classic bitter, and a Belgian stout. The Italian pilsner is marked as running low, so it is likely the first one to disappear. It is a compact but varied list that lets drinkers move from hop-forward beers to malt-driven styles in one visit.

The venue also has a string of late-August pop-up plans, including bread and food collaborations. That mix of house beer, neighborhood atmosphere, and small event programming is part of what gives the stand its character.
