At the beer pub Beer O'clock in Fujimi, Chuo Ward, Chiba City, the draft lineup was changed out all at once with six beers. This update spans a wide range of flavors, from fruit beer and hazy IPA to pastry stout.

This Tap Lineup

- Sankt Gallen "Shonan Gold" (Fruit Ale/4.8%)
A beer made with both the peel and flesh of the Kanagawa-grown orange "Shonan Gold." Juicy citrus notes are layered with a marmalade-like bitterness.
- SONGBIRD BEER "Houblanc" (Hoppy Wheat Ale/5.0%)
A wheat beer made with wet-hopped Hallertau Blanc. Within its soft mouthfeel, hop aromas reminiscent of white grapes spread through the glass.
- Yokohama Bay Brewing "Beer Terrace" (German Pilsner/5.3%)
A German pilsner brewed with plenty of German hops. Floral aroma and a long bitter finish are its hallmarks.
- Minoh Beer "YUZU TRIPEL" (Tripel w/Yuzu/8.5%)
A strong ale made with Kifune water and yuzu peel. The beer centers on the aroma of Japanese citrus and a rich malt character.
- Amalgam Brewing "Modern Original" (Hazy IPA/6.8%)
A hazy IPA made with NZH-109, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin. It gives a tropical impression reminiscent of passion fruit, mango, and lychee.
- Sureshot Brewing "We Won't Need Eyes To See" (Pastry Stout/8.0%)
A pastry stout brewed in collaboration with Lervig. A sweet dark beer that brings together chocolate, peanut, and hazelnut.

Beer O'clock's appeal lies in being able to compare beers with such different personalities all at once. It is easy to build a flow that starts with citrus, checks the shape of the hops, and finishes with something dark and roasty. It is a lineup made for the kind of day when you want to experience the breadth of draft beer right in the center of Chiba.
