From lager and saison to IPA and double IPA, the lineup stands out for its wide stylistic range. Some of the beers are also noted as having “limited remaining stock.”

Because the beers currently available and the ones coming up next are clearly laid out, it’s easy for anyone chasing a specific pint to check at a glance.

The food selection is equally solid, with sashimi of natural tuna, grape-beef shoulder loin steak, marinated pork spareribs, grilled bone-in Daisen chicken thigh, barley-fed pork tenderloin tonkatsu, and a deluxe mixed fried platter, making it a welcome stop when you want a proper meal. In Ebisu, this is one place worth watching for both the beer turnover and the range of food.
