craft beer BLUE, a beer pub in Sagamihara’s Minami Ward, has announced three newly tapped beers. The selection offers a compact tour through different IPA expressions, from a light and refreshing Session IPA to a soft, juicy Hazy IPA and a crisp West Coast IPA.

KaruizawaQ’s “Tochu” is a Session IPA from Nagano. Its hop aroma suggests lime and orange, while the body remains light and easy to drink. Despite its approachable character, the beer retains a clear hop aroma and bitterness.

AFURI BREWING’s “DDH HAZY IPA 4.0” is a collaboration with VERTERE. Citrus and tropical-fruit aromas lead into a juicy fruit profile, with a gentle sweetness from wheat and oats. Its soft, smooth texture, moderate body, and restrained bitterness make it an easy-drinking Hazy IPA.

BREW CLASSIC’s “Let’s La Fuel” is a West Coast IPA from Ishikawa. Sweet citrus, pineapple, and passion fruit impressions are joined by a subtle dank note. The beer finishes with a clean, crisp body and a distinct bitterness reminiscent of citrus peel, balancing juiciness and hop bite.

The broader tap list also includes open air’s “blood orange gose,” PAINT PALETTE BREWING’s “WHISPERING STREAM,” BREWMIN’ “Toge ga Atemo, Ii no Deshu,” NAMACHAん’s “Hie Hie COLD IPA,” and BrewBeast Brewery’s “ESPRESSO STOUT.” Some beers were noted as having only a small amount remaining, so availability may change.

Located on the second floor of Garden Building II in Sagamihara, craft beer BLUE offers a focused beer-pub setting for exploring a varied tap list. These three new pours provide a natural starting point for comparing hop aroma, body, fruit character, and bitterness.
